Iraq Time Table

I have been thinking about this time table that President Obama is considering for the troop pullout in Iraq. It is my belief that if we set a final date for when we will have all of our troops out of Iraq, then all the insurgents and enemy fighters will simply melt back into the populace until after we leave and then start right back up. If you disagree, then tell me why. Hopefully it won't happen like that, but I see nothing to say otherwise.
